DMA were responsible for concept design for Brighton College Sports Pavilion in East Brighton Park. This includes a new sports pavilion along with associated landscaping, tennis court upgrade and coach drop off area to provide safe and convenient transportation for the students of Brighton College to the sports grounds.

The pavilion is located in a central location within the park, providing good visibility and access to and from all facilities and amenities. Changing, shower and toilet facilities for four teams are provided, in addition to a refreshment / social area for use by the players and spectators of sports that take place on the surrounding pitches and tennis courts.
Exterior view
The design seeks to maximise the transparency of the building using fully glazed, aluminium framed curtain walling to the entrance foyer, around the social area and the side entrance doors. The transparency of the curtain walling continues in the form of clerestory glazing over the timber flank walls of the changing areas. Metal framed timber louvres span across the full width of the glazed south-west elevation to provide solar shading for the entrance foyer.
