Since its completion in April 2023, we are pleased to see the Passivhaus certified SportPark Pavilion 4 being recognised across many industry awards, outlined below, for its innovation and commitment to environmental responsibility.

Congratulations to the dedicated project team at Henry Brothers, Beyond Carbon, QODA, Gleeds and David Morley Architects, for meeting high Passivhaus standards and whose efforts continue to encourage positive feedback for the scheme. Thanks to Loughborough University for their leadership and commitment in developing high quality, low carbon facilities on campus.

The sustainable office expansion at Loughborough University’s SportPark Pavilion 4 offers a future-proof working environment with outstanding comfort standards for its residents. Designed to improve health and wellbeing through access to natural light and ventilation, the project is certified to Passivhaus accreditation, helping to meet Loughborough University’s Sustainability and NetZero targets.
