We are thrilled to share news of the completion of Author King’s Cross, a mixed-use development designed by David Morley Architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, and Haptic Architects for Related Argent.

Author King’s Cross has created a unique destination to the northernmost plot of the King’s Cross Masterplan, with a new London square at its centre that provides a focus for a vibrant mix of residential, retail, community and leisure use.

The project integrates residential apartments with commercial units, leisure, and amenity spaces, all centred around a new public square, with landscaping designed by fabrik and Jan Kattein Architects.

Now over 90% occupied, the range of BTR and social-rented apartments all benefit from a private balcony and a wide selection of amenities that promote community engagement and wellbeing.
