“The King’s Cross regeneration has created a human-friendly, multi-textured new neighbourhood: a good place to be.”
Mary Richardson recently visited Author King’s Cross to craft an in-depth feature for Building Design.
Author King’s Cross is Related Argent’s first Build-to-Rent scheme, that combines apartments with commercial units, leisure, and amenity spaces, arranged around a new London Square. The scheme is the fourth project by David Morley Architects working with Related Argent at King’s Cross.
In the article, Mary delves into the unique aspects of the development, offering thoughtful insights into its design, community impact, and the challenges the project faced.
In her words:
“…by ‘leaning in’ to the site’s challenges – and embracing everything from the triangular shape to the passing trains – the team has produced a big-hearted new square triangle, where people already love to live, and the wider community will be warmly welcomed in.”
