This is a 1050-place secondary school for 11 to 18 year old students. The school is a voluntary aided Church of England School with Sports College status since 2002 and Academy status since 2011. David Morley Architects were responsible for the complete rebuilding of a new school, on the site of the existing school, which inspires learning and is loved by the local community.
