The first phase of properties completed for the scheme include the ‘Spa Villas’ and ‘Crescent Spa’ homes situated at the gateway to the site and include 2-bed apartments, penthouses, 3-bed townhouses, 3-storey townhouses and 4-bed detached houses. Construction has recently begun on the next phase of apartments, known as ‘Stoneworks Place.’

The spa villages are bringing a new use to Cawdor Quarry, which was abandoned in the 1950s.
