Karol joined David Morley Architects in 2011 and currently leads several high profile projects including the Triangle Site/ Zone W of the King’s Cross masterplan for developer Argent – a mixed use development including 218 apartments, a 500 home development in Matlock currently on site, and an office facility as part of the Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park. Karol currently leads the Residential sector in David Morley Architects and is a Certified Passive House Designer.
Karol has been involved in many projects across the practice as Project Architect including KIMS Private Hospital in Kent – winner of Best Acute Hospital in the Building Better Healthcare Awards, Claudia Parsons Village – 600 student bedrooms at Loughborough University, Elite Athletes Centre at Loughborough University – a specialist hotel with altitude living. Previous projects include a residential development at Lister Mills with Urban Splash, the Dickson Poon University of Oxford China Centre Building and Keynes College student housing for the University of Kent.
