Southmead Hospital

Following extensive consultation an outline plan was created for the redevelopment of Southmead and Frenchay hospitals into an acute hospital in Bristol. We prepared a detailed design for Skanska for the £500m scheme which would provide a great many services on one site. The scheme included 800 beds, a Critical Care ward, Physiotherapy, Renal Dialysis, and 20 operating theatres. David Morley Architects led the bid in a consortium with Greenhill Jenner Architects and Nightingale Associates.
