The facility is home to badminton, netball, an 8 court tennis hall (LTA Centre of Excellence), strength and conditioning facilities, dojo, indoor athletics, sports science, shooting and fencing pistes, 50m pool, bar and restaurant facilities and support accommodation. The design allows for seamless integration of existing and new facilities to provide holistic centre for sports, whilst contributing to the overall university masterplan.

Detailed briefing including performance requirements of multiple national sports governing bodies and user groups. There was involvement with decanting strategies to maintain use of existing facilities during construction works. It is naturally lit and ventilated.
