Latest residential building at King's Cross launched

Today a new website launching the Plimsoll Building, the latest residential building at King’s Cross, London N1C was revealed.

Designed by David Morley Architects for Argent, its external, textured brick façades reference the Victorian industrial heritage of King’s Cross and houses a total of 178 apartments, ranging from studios to 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.

In contrast, the ‘internal’ façades are made up of light concrete panels, which reflect and direct sunlight into the spectacular garden space designed by acclaimed landscape architect Dan Pearson. The apartment interiors are by international design studio, Johnson Naylor.

The website will provide further information of this exceptional development, with details of the first release coming online in early March.
